Head over to room E211 or C109 to talk to Mrs. Pipkin or Mrs. Brown about joining our FCCLA chapter!
Step 3
The cost to be a member is only $20! You can pay this in My Payments Plus. The deadline is the first week of November.

Recruitment Activities:

Our chapters FCCLA site was first created two years ago when we previously competed in the Promote and Publicize FCCLA STAR Event Category. We spread our website throughout the school via QR code, and teachers were informed to share the site with their students. After only two months of promoting we gathered data that our site had over 400 views! Now two years later we redesigned the site to be bubbly while still professional and extremely informational.
At the beginning of every school year we create posters about our organization and distribute them throughout the hallways.
Every year during FCCLA Week we decorate our hallway, speak on the announcements and inform students at our school about upcoming fundraisers to generate support.

Every year FCCLA Chapter officers have spoken to all of our FCS classes to recruit members and inform them about the importance of FCCLA.
How We Maintain Membership and Recognize Members
1.
We show support for our members efforts via google classroom and during meetings. We thank everyone for their efforts and have a large end of the year ceremony when we select new candidates for our officers.
2.
We host parties around the holidays for our members to have fun, socialize, and maintain an interest in FCCLA.
3.
Majority of our members love partaking in community service for college and by helping us bake, cook and plan with our fundraisers .
